No, our professional cleaners are fully equipped with tools and cleaning supplies. But if your home has special surfaces that require particular products or tools, please provide them and leave a note for the cleaner or mention it in "Special Instructions" section when making your booking online
If your agent or property manager is not satisfied with the end of lease clean, then we’ll send the cleaners back to make it right at no extra charge.

To be eligible for the 7 days cleaning warranty, you just need to notify us in email or forwarding us the email from your agent or property manager stated there was a problem with the clean and attach some necessary images of the issues within 7 days of the job completion.

As long as you let us know within 7 days of the jobs completion, we’ll send the cleaners back to make it right at no extra charge as soon as possible.
A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when the job is small
Cancelling/rescheduling your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a penalty costs equivalent to the value of the total booking fee
